No sooner did we touch down in LA than we heading to the premiere shopping spot… Rodeo Drive!
I think we had our priorities straight… right? Actually, I lie… we did make a quick pit stop at In & Out Burger… but that’s a whole other delicious, mouth-watering,omgwhy don’ttheyexistontheEastCoast post.
Back to the subject at hand. I could barely contain my excitement upon our arrival.

Each store front was a thing of beauty. I’m such a visual person that I instantly fell in love with the various aesthetics.
( It would have been helpful if I remembered which store this was..oops)
Prada went for sleek minimalism. Putting their product as the mesmerizing focal point.
I loved the pop of yellow in this display. You already saw her twin. I’m just saying I should get some royalties for introing bright yellow umbrella pants.
(yes i think i just made up that term… so what?!?!)
Roberto Cavalli was by far my favorite. I have drooled over his creations for years. He’s not afraid of color and bold prints. His store was filled with many eye-catching pieces. Each one was a work of art. It was like walking into an art gallery.
( In case you were wondering, this is what I wear in my dreams… where I’m a salsa star and go by the name Carmencita… just saying)
Juicy Couture did not disappoint. Their store was pink and had a ton of crazy details…

Like for example…. a pink suit of armor…
I mean of course they have that… it was probably just lying around in their closet somewhere.

and of course the store wouldn’t have been complete without pink and green animal heads. I mean… seriously.
I took this picture because I wanted to prove that my finger in any picture improves the quality… really all the finest photography schools teach that.. I’m pretty sure.
I loved this display because of the amazing wood work and my favorite… YELLOW. Also, love that this photo fully captures my photo taking prowess. This is how you perfect the finger in picture action and Yes, that’s how I always pose. :-/
This is me cheesing it up.

I was pretty sure that I was going to get thrown out of one or all of the stores.. thus the post title, but surprisingly the sales clerks were incredibly nice… not a one gave me a once over… even thought I was obviously a tourist, even though I left my fanny pack/visor combo at home.
btw… Happy Friday!
